Allied Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Assistant to join our amazing team and growing company. The primary responsibility is to market the practice internally and externally, process new patients, schedule and motivate existing patients. This right person will work 30-35 hours per week in our St. Cloud office. No evenings or weekends! The role includes 'traditional' front desk duties along with a primary focus of marketing inside and outside the practice. The individual we are looking for is a self-starter. They are able to motivate and inspire others. They know how to build and sustain relationships. This person wears a smile on their face as well as in their heart. This person enjoys helping and serving people. They enjoy the challenge of setting specific goals and surpassing them. Front Desk Assistant Key Results Area (KRA)

Summary:

This role is primarily responsible for:

  • Finding people to serve (stimulate referrals)
  • Serving those people (retaining patients)
  • Keeping them close to us (reactivating patients)

This role reports to the president/owner of the clinic.

Key Results Area #1 - Find People to Serve (Stimulate Referrals)

  • Gift of Health Program - Program where patients are invited to refer family members, friends and coworkers. Most people who need Chiropractic care don’t know they need it or that it’s an option
  • Quarterly Business Presentation Program - Topics on stress, focus, decision making, safety (home and work)
  • Google Reviews/Testimonials -

Key Results Area #2 - Serve Those People (Retaining Patients)

  • Scheduling & Maintaining Patient Care
  • Track and tally daily/weekly patient statistics
  • New & Reactivated Patients - Schedule initial office visit & Report of Findings Visit
  • First 2 weeks of care - Schedule re-exam first and backfill in the remaining appointments
  • Reschedule canceled and no show appointments as quickly as possible
  • Inspire & motivate patients
  • Know a patient's WIFT (What’s in it for them?)
  • Help with and communicate financial options and insurance questions appropriately
  • Catch patient’s doing good and great things (and telling them!)
  • Tell them while they are in the office
  • Send out/mail Gratitude notes

Key Results Area #3 - Keep Them Close to Us (Reactivate patients)

  • Update Program - A program designed to check i with and reactivate past patients
  • Gift of Health Program - (See above)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
