Hartley People 3Sixty are recruiting a Clerical Officer for an ongoing temporary part-time contract based in Limerick City. This is an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate who has experience in a similar role and is based in Limerick City.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial, administrative & reception assistance
- Promote teamwork
- Communicate effectively and build relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Purchase order processing for suppliers and matching of PO’s to invoices
- Follow up on discrepancies between PO and invoices
- Quality review of services provided
- Using spreadsheets to analyse and report information
- Assist in proofing of documents for publication
- Data entry ie; registration etc.
- Adhoc duties
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in using MS Office
- Experience in using P2P system and CRM system
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication – both written and oral
