The
As a Client Engagement Lead on the Havoc team, you will build an innovation portfolio within a priority industry that drives commercial and strategic performance.
Day to day you will:
- Build an innovation portfolio across multiple clients that drives commercial and strategic performance
- Spot, shape and sell new and exciting projects for our clients and for our team. You are accountable for building sales plans for each quarter, shaping client engagements and drafting client proposals
- Develop pitch stories and project approaches that lead to exciting, inspiring, and well-shaped work for the Havoc team
- Oversee our most complex client projects to help set their strategic vision for innovation to transform their organizations
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of individuals to deliver on the clients goals, to strive for boldness, and push the envelope of what is possible
- Become a trusted advisor and cultivate relationships with the client – giving advice, shaping the client's thinking and bringing creative perspective to drive on-sell opportunities

Work Location
The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely and working onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationship.
Please note that with all our roles, you should expect some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with client, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be flexible as soon as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
