Ventura Law, an established (founded in 1957) and growing law firm, needs a caring individual to assist new clients during challenging times. The position will be located in our Danbury, Connecticut office. Our firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal support, a teamwork environment, and strong client service. This position requires strong organizational skills along with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Are you bilingual and can speak Portuguese? The ability to also speak Spanish. Are you passionate about helping people? Do you have that knack for speaking with people on the phone, answering questions, and gathering/documenting information? Do you feel good when a new client has a really positive experience and is thankful for your help? If so, this may be the position for you.

- Ability to identify problems, solve problems within one’s own job requirements.
- Ability to determine and meet the needs of clients, attorneys, and other business partners.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt, to changing work environments, management styles, and business trends to meet the changing needs of the department as it assumes new projects and cases.
- Ability to work in a team environment, remaining attentive to ideas, recognizing responsibilities, and actively participating with others to accomplish assignments and achieve desired goals.
- Knowledge of and ability to use immediately all Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This is a full-time 40 hour week. A full benefits package is included (401k Plan, employee health/dental insurance, holidays, and paid time off).
