• Associate should have fair knowledge in auto industry for effective communication with customer with strong technology background.

Job Description:

Associate needs to manage customer relationship of multiple accounts in California state.

Domain – Auto Industry

Responsibilities:

1. Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities.

2. Negotiate business contracts and costs with customers as needed.

3. Develop business proposals and make product presentations for clients.

4. Build positive and productive relationships with clients.

5. Work in compliance with company standards and business guidelines.

6. Develop account strategies to meet monthly revenue target.

7. Assist in development of account budgets and timelines.

8. Assess potential business risks and develop mitigation plans.

9. Develop new business opportunities with potential and existing clients to achieve revenue goals.

10. Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction

11. Address customer concerns and queries in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,365.47 - $140,530.84 per year
