The Clinical Director provides services in accordance with agency policies. The Clinical Director is responsible for coordinating and managing all services rendered to clients and supervises personnel. Participates in program planning, recruitment, and in-service documentation.

The Clinical Director will have primary authority and responsibility for maintaining the quality of clinical services. Coordination and management of all services rendered to patients and families by direct service staff under his/her supervision.

The Clinical Director will Supervise assigned personnel in the delivery of client services to patients and families. Will be responsible for direct evaluation of the clinical competence of assigned personnel and participation with appropriate supervisory staff in the evaluation of other direct service staff.

The Clinical Director will participate in or development of all agency objectives, standards of care, policies, and procedures affecting clinical services.

The Clinical Director will participate in direct service recruitment, selection, orientation, and in-service education and will participate in program planning, and evaluation activities related to the clinical services of the agency.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.43 - $24.60 per hour
