Job Description

We are seeking for a Licensed Clinical Supervisor/Therapist to manage our CTSS program. The clients we serve live in or around the St. Cloud/Waite Park area. A successful candidate will supervise a team of Mental Health Practitioners and oversee clinical completion of Diagnostic Assessments, Treatment Plans, and progress notes. This position will be 70-30 in office and the rest remote with flexibility available.

Essential Duties:

· Creation of Diagnostic Assessments and Individual Treatment Plans

· Provide Clinical Oversight and supervision for all Mental Health Practitioners.

· Review client files and ensure that clinical documents are done according to DHS requirements and agency guidelines.

· Develop a training program and materials for Mental Health Practitioners

· Provide Counseling and Psychotherapy services.

· Manages intermittent audits of MHP’s clinical charting.

· Reviews, proofs, and signs progress notes.

· Demonstrate culturally sensitive communication skills verbally and in writing in a diverse work environment.

· Build a strong team environment – supervision of staff on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

· Participate in staff and leadership meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in the mental health field (LP, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT)
• Active license in good standing from the professional board.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years as a mental Health Professional.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
