We are a 144 bed long term skilled nursing facility located in Fenton, MO. We are just minutes from Gravois Bluffs, but tucked away from the busy atmosphere.

As a CNA or Certified Nurse's Aide, your main focus will be the daily care of our residents. You will help an individual with dressing, bathing, or even eating. You might be asked to just sit and listen to a Residents’ past experiences. An ear to listen to their stories is all they may ask of you. Your day to day may differ, but that is half the fun of working as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Qualification needed for a Certified Nursing Assistant position with our Facility is a current and valid Certification for CNA.
