CNC Machinist
We are looking for a CNC machinist to program and setup prototype parts on CNC mills and CNC lathes at a prototype facility in the NE Metro area.

Qualified Applicants Must:
Have experience with 3D surfacing using MasterCam software. Experience with CAD software a plus.
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with CNC mill setup and programming. Lathe experience a plus.
Have an engineering or technical degree (preferred), but significant experience may waive this requirement.
Consider themselves a craftsman and understand what that means.
Take pride in their work and be active in understanding, learning, and improving themselves, others, and the workplace.
Be self-motivated and be capable of working with very little oversight.
Be open minded and have a deep respect for life, family, and community.

About Us
Our parent company employs approximately 100 people in northern MN and machines and assembles components for the motorsport industry. The NE metro facility creates custom fixturing, work holding, automation, and small runs of prototypes. It is currently a small staff, and we would like to grow it at the right pace.

Compensation
Compensation is competitive and negotiable, based on skillset and experience, but the ideal candidate would be expected to make +70k/yr. Hours are flexible but expected to be a minimum of 40 hrs/wk, maximum of 50 hrs/wk. Full benefits including vacation, health, dental, and 401k matching available after probationary period.
