Fallon & Byrne wishes to recruit experienced flexi-time Bartenders for our first floor Dining Room on Exchequer Street, Dublin 2. This 120-seater room serves modern bistro-style fare and excellent wine in a relaxed setting with friendly service and a great atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drinks ordered in an efficient and timely manner and to a high standard.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar at all times during your shift.
• Keep the bar continuously stocked from set up to breakdown and throughout service and to practice stock rotation at all times.
• Close down the bar at the end of the shift to a high standard and in line with company policy.
• Work harmoniously with all waiters and management.
• Take care of all bar equipment according to SOPs

The Person

• Previous experience of working a busy bar.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable.
• Warm, vibrant, enthusiastic and welcoming to guests, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers at our bar.
• Ability to communicate well with and work harmoniously with floor staff and management team.
• Excellent product knowledge.
• flexibility regarding working hours, particularly around weekends and stock delivery days.
