What you will do:

As a Collections Advisor you will be supporting a well-known telecommunications supplier, providing a fantastic customer experience on all interactions, leaving a lasting impression. You will be supported with extensive training, so that we can help you build the knowledge and skills required to work from home with confidence .

What you will do:

The Collection Agent will be responsible for both dealing with both inbound and outbound calls from/to our clients’ customers in relation to overdue monies on these accounts.

  • Implement the Company’s Credit Control practices as per the Policy and Procedures documents.
  • Deal with customers in an empathetic and professional manner in difficult or awkward situations.
  • To make informed decisions within a timely manner to reduce the business exposure to bad debt and potential unnecessary disruption to the customer.
  • Identification, documentation and resolution of telephone/postal/e-mail queries, disputes, and general enquiries in an efficient and timely manner (as per deadlines).
  • Communicate and escalate to immediate Supervisor, when necessary, all issues related to account queries in a timely manner.
  • To actively monitor and action all activities within your individual work queue and within the set timescales.
  • Ensuring that accurate records are maintained in the relevant systems.

  • Ability to deal positively and professionally with difficult situations which may arise.
