Mosquito Joe technicians take pride in making outdoor spaces fun again. Mosquito Joe of Jacksonville-Morehead City is a local, veteran owned and operated company that provides services to residential and commercial customers, repelling and killing outdoor pests such as mosquitoes, fleas and ticks, fire ants and more. Our trained and licensed technicians travel to customer homes and commercial properties to provide services.
What Our Technicians Do
- Visually inspect and treat for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks, fire ants, and more
- Field customer questions and set expectations for services and procedures
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Maintain chemical records according to state and federal requirements
- Complete licensing requirements and continuing education requirements
- Maintain familiarity with industry best-practices and most effective treatment options
Job Requirements
- Basic pest control knowledge and applicable license is preferred. (You may undergo the licensing program during training.)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Basic pest control knowledge and applicable license is preferred (you may undergo the licensing program during training)
- Able to walk customer properties while carrying equipment weighing over 60lbs. for long periods of time in varying temperatures and weather conditions
- Comfortable driving to customer locations
- Self-confident

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time
Pay: From $17 per hour
Schedule:
