• Salary range: $55,000 – 65,000

The role and responsibilities:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable

• Payroll
• Maintain all company correspondence including, but not limited to: Answering phones and distributing messages, answering emails, and updating the Garden Center information and phones
• Attend bi-weekly manager meetings and contribute to company goals and culture
• Manage all employee logo wear
• Co-manage company vehicles

• Co-manage client invoices
• Flexibility to take on other responsibilities and for continuing education as needed or desired

Our ideal candidate has:

• Interest in making new friends and being part of a productive team

• Microsoft Suite experience - preferred
• Current driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Digital know-how
• QuickBooks experience – preferred
• Good time management

• Professional and prompt communication skills – we want our clients to be able to hear your smile over the phone
• Attention to detail
• College degree or similar experience - preferred
