Looking for rewarding work in an organization dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others? The Community Clinical Liaison works with regional Clinical Evaluators to market programs nationally to referral sources.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below:

  • Identifies, develops and maintains strategic relationships with potential referral sources.
  • Implements strategic plans and provides training on marketing tools. Works with regional Clinical Evaluators to establish and evaluate local relationships and outreach efforts and the referral sources supporting these populations.
  • Prepares reports of Clinical Evaluators efforts and makes recommendations to Admissions committee.
  • Participates in regional/national conferences (exhibiting/attendance), monthly Admission Team Meetings, and required in-service training.
  • Provides contact, referral information and reports to the computerized database system.
  • Communicates responsibly with program participants, family members and payors regarding planning, admissions, etc.
  • Achieves individual/team admission targets.
  • Identifies regional industry trends and needs in order to make programmatic recommendations.
  • Completes all pre-admission and Integrity Checklist protocols on regional referrals.
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Degree in Human Services Field preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities:
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales and business development, preferably in human services
  • Experience using Salesforce (preferred)
  • Demonstrable presentation, community education and communication skills
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Work, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Capable of building and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy
  • Strategic thinker with ability to bring structure and simplicity to referral and admission processes in a structured fashion
  • Experience or exposure in the autism and/or other developmental disorders (preferred
Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Auto insurance that complies with the state policy concerning minimum car insurance coverage
  • Frequent Travel – 75% of time or more

Physical Requirements:
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
