Job Summary

The Community Relations Liaison is responsible for sustaining and expanding relations with existing and new providers to sustainably increase clinic-specific patient referrals for an assigned territory.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for building relationships with orthopedic physicians, PCPs, OB GYN, podiatrists to drive new patient volumes from these referral sources.
• Develop relationships with each physician's key office staff including front desk, office managers, referral coordinators, PAs/NPs, case managers discharge managers, etc.
• Identify new referral source opportunities in assigned territory
• complete daily calls and visits to new and existing referral sources
• Facilitate introductions between referral sources and clinicians
• Plan and execute referral lunches & meetings, webinars, virtual events and demonstrations to further strengthen relationships with key referral sources
• Update CRM tool daily to track activities, follow-up visits and information from each referral source.
• Serve as liaison for meetings between DCO (CD and staff) and identified targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, communications and/or public relations preferred.
• 2 - 3 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Healthcare related background highly desirable
• Sales minded
• Experienced in sales (Healthcare preferred)

• High energy and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations
