We are currently seeking a highly motivated, positive, creative and organized individual to fill the position of Community Relations Manager. The ideal person will be responsible for developing and managing programs and initiatives to support the community while working with internal teams and non-profit organizations on various efforts to help build a better Hawaii.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage, evolve and grow existing community campaigns including Give Aloha and Share a Holiday Feast.
- Create and manage new programs to meet the needs of the community, taking a passionate, proactive and creative approach to new ideas and opportunities.
- Work with the marketing team on various promotional strategies to create excitement and awareness of programs, and increase engagement.
- Work with internal and external teams to ensure successful execution of programs.
- Track, analyze, measure and report on performance of existing and new campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and leaders, and stay up-to-date on current needs and trends.
- Develop and maintain successful partnerships with vendors and program supporters, and collaborate with partners to enhance efforts.
- Serve as the key point of contact for community organizations and donors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in public relations, marketing and/or related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- Experience with Mailchimp, Drupal, Squarespace or similar platforms preferred
