Role Overview
This role is a key member of the global Total Rewards team to support the development of Planet’s pay and benefits standard, to deliver a world class talent attraction and retention strategy. This role will provide detailed analysis of internal and external pay and benefits data, to support business proposals to develop, streamline and enhance existing or new employee benefits.
What you will do
- Data gathering, interpretation and analysis from internal and external sources
- Work with functional SMEs to identify gaps in current pay and benefits offering globally
- Utilize external vendors to gather compensation data for building and maintaining internal pay ranges
- Assist in designing compensation programs including merit, bonus, commission and promotions
- Provide data analysis to support development of business cases for pay or benefits proposals
- Support the delivery and implementation of new or enhanced benefits plans to specific employee groups
- Participate in annual compensation surveys
- Collaborate with internal resources on cross-functional compensation and benefits programs
Who you are
- Excellent data analysis skills, with ability to gather, interpret and provide insight from mass data points and sources
- Knowledge of current and new developments in global pay and benefits provision
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to deliver creative, fast and simple solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills to collaborate and respond to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities to meet business needs
- Team player, able to work in a complex environment with competing priorities
- Energetic: You’re driven by pushing forward, searching for better, and wanting more than the status quo
