Overview:WATCH GUARD 24/7, a leading, quality security guard contractor, provides armed and unarmed Security Personnel, Concierge and Fire and Life Safety Directors to a myriad of business sectors. We are seeking a full-time Compliance Manager who will ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:1. Ensure all activities follow regulatory requirements related to the governance of the organization, insofar as the DOS and other agency requirements. as well as any industry-specific or location-specific laws.
2. Consult across internal departments to ensure company regulatory compliance.
3. Organize audits for employee folders.
4. Confirm pre-employment drug testing, background & reference screening.
5.. Regularly audit company regulatory compliance within each operating state, i.e., wage theft protection forms, I-9’s, security officer licensure, wage and hour business practices, state rosters and more.
6. Audit company vendor and client contracts for anomalies and compliance adherence.
7. Distribute company reports.
8. Perform other compliance duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Qualifications:1. Must have 3-years of compliance management experience within the security guarding or staffing business.
2. Understanding and a working knowledge of compliance procedures and organization.
5. Proven ability to communicate effectively.
6. Must possess excellent oral/written communications.
7. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
8. Strong customer service skills and ability to interact within a team environment.
9. Self-starter with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
10. Strong work ethic and sense of integrity and trustworthiness.
11. Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.
12. Conduct regular follow-ups with management to determine the effectiveness of compliance agendas.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
