Wallick Communities, founded in 1966, is a diversified organization specializing in the development, construction and management of affordable multi-family housing and senior living communities including memory care.
Wallick is currently seeking a qualified Compliance Specialist. This position supports each property by reviewing site files for appropriate regulatory compliance requirements. Note: This opportunity is a remote work arrangement, but some travel is required to sites and to the Wallick Corporate office in New Albany, OH.

We desire an individual with these skills and experiences:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 7+ years working knowledge of HUD, Tax Credit, Rural Development, and the HOME Program.
• Experience with the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program and Yardi software is a plus.
• Strong office computer skills
• Possess good people skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong home Internet connection
