We are hiring people who are hard-working and trainable to do epoxy flooring installs. We will provide hands-on, on-the-job training. We service the NWGA area and Chattanooga area. From Dalton GA to Jasper Tn, so you must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to jobs.

Requirements:
Reliability is most important. We are looking to add solid individuals to our crews that we can rely on and foster into leadership positions.
The desire to learn and be trainable. We will provide you with all the training you need. Authorized to work in the United States
Appearance and hygiene commensurate with interacting with a broad range of homeowners
Great attitude and desire to help people improve their homes.
Flexibility and desire to learn

Ability to keep all tools & equipment clean and in good working order
Attention to detail and an organized state of mind
Ability to take direction and execute without variance
Driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Able to lift 50 lbs+ using proper techniques
Other miscellaneous job duties.
Desired, but not required — Experience with epoxy concrete coatings and/or carpentry
Familiarity, experience, and displayed competency with a variety of tools

99% of work is done M-F 8-5.
Pay will be based on experience and demonstrated value.
Total compensation for a good lead installer can exceed $20/hr.
This job is an on-site position, meaning that the work is in a different location each day.
