Stratford Homes has been the leader of highly customized modular homes since 1973 and is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our production team. As a Construction Laborer you will assist in all aspects of modular home building, in a department such as rough framing, roofing, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, siding, flooring, trimming and detail finishing.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

· Assemble per home design and per appropriate building code requirements

· Assemble in a neat professional manner

· Operate drills, saws, hand, power and air tools in a safe manner

Position Type/Expected Hour of Work

· Full time position, 40 hours per week – with occasional overtime based on production needs

· Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:20 pm

· No nights, holidays or weekends

Preferred Education and Experience

· Graduation from high school or GED equivalent

· Experience working in residential home construction

· Experience working in commercial construction
