description of duties:
- Complete accurate project takeoffs using estimation software
- Order and track materials
- Schedule projects with the homeowner and crews
- Assist in the creation and tracking of change orders
- Assist in processing submittals and RFIs
- Set up and maintaining electronic project files in the company CRM
- Collecting, organizing and preparing all project closeout documents
- Occasional jobsite monitoring, project closeouts, photo uploading
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate with many different people
- Able to be highly organized and utilize technology and software to streamline your day-to-day job duties
- Industry knowledge is a bonus but not a requirement
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Precision and attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be honest, humble, hungry and hone-able!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
