This is where the marketing role will exist.

Purpose and Overview of the Role
The Content Marketing Executive is a critical part of the Marketing team. The purpose of the role is to support the company, the department, and the business strategies by creating and distributing compelling content. You will learn to understand our business thoroughly to communicate in a meaningful manner. Your expertise will improve stakeholder trust, engagement, and action by focussing on content that provides value to each specific audience. You will be creative and concise, capable of creating high-quality written and visual content across multiple channels. You will have experience working on multiple platforms - from distribution channels to content creation programmes. You will be working and collaborating with a small team of experts who fully support one another, and you will have access to agency support.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will strategize, plan and create content that fully supports the company’s business strategies and sits within the exact brand guidelines.
- You will play a key role in creating the department’s digital marketing strategy as well as taking full ownership over its implementation.
- You will distribute content on our websites, social media, email, internal communication platform and presentations.
- You will own communications both internally and externally, taking lead from senior leadership and crafting communications strategies to drive culture.
- You will understand SEO and Google’s suite of products including Google Data studio to optimise the business websites, plan, execute and report.
- You will collaborate with the team, our agency and business owners on key projects, e.g. tender responses, presentations, internal communications, posts etc…
- Align with Head of Marketing and sales teams on content for top of funnel campaigns and along with the campaign executive, generate ideas for campaign optimisations.
- You will build email lists and user segmentation to communicate the most meaningful content. Where possible and with the campaign executive you will use omni and cross channel engagement to convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey.
- You will work closely with the content marketer for non-product related campaigns that focus on messaging and top of the funnel awareness campaign for both internal and external stakeholders.
Role Requirements:
- 3-4years + years of experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Advertising or Media.
- You will love creating content! You will have experience in creating high-quality content with the ability to work with multiple website CMS systems.
- You will be able to create visual content via Adobe or Canva. Whilst we have an agency to outsource our main graphics to, you will need to create certain content in-house.
- Strong project management, organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to empathise and understand our various audiences to help accelerate their success through relevant, useful communications.
- Exhibit a willingness and flexibility to work both independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details.
