POSITION SUMMARY
The Splicer will perform manual labor tasks in support of assigned area.
- Weekend Shift:
- Training hours will be on day shift - 7:00AM - 5:30PM, Monday-Thursday.
- Once fully trained hours of work will be 6:00AM - 6:30PM, Friday - Sunday.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up machine according to pre-defined parameters
- Setup machine for any application
- Diagnose problems with machine and make repairs
- Load Winder
- Perform tests
- Trim ends
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
- Good basic math skills.
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, squat, twist and kneel.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
