Cosmetic Repair Shop Assistant- Southwest Omaha
Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm $18-20 hr.

We paint / sand / refurbished plastic and foam parts for medical equipment to create a like-new finish. Work one-on-one with all our partners to provide innovative solutions to magnetic resonance imaging. Immediate opening in our Shop Area. This area is critical to the manufacturing and repair process and requires accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills and Duties:
Ability to effectively and safely operate sanding equipment

• Grind, sand, and polish objects and materials according to specifications
• Select files according to materials and shape of workpieces
• Measure equipment
• Interpret blueprints and instructions
• Measure dimensions
• Test work pieces in working machinery
• Trim and scrape objects
• Maintain or repair equipment
• Sharpen abrasive grinding tools
• Experience in different paint applications and paint ratios
• Apply solutions or chemicals to surfaces
• Follow guidelines and templates
• Light Carpentry
• Mechanical mindset for problem-solving
• Must be detail oriented
• Must adjust to changing priorities
• Work in a dusty environment
