The Role

• Lead a team of creatives to build a digital accessible solution using Ceros.
• Develop creative direction and concepts; from briefing to delivery, the specialist will come up with a general concept presenting the idea with a rough layout that might include sketches or digital illustrations. Once the pitch is successful, the design team will bring the idea to life.
• Integrate technical and visual solutions into a design concept.
• Understand trends within the scope of the industry they are working in.
• Use graphic design and other relevant software.
• Advise on best practices and providing solutions when the business requires it.

Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge:

• Ability to lead and influence.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Practical knowledge of accessibility compliance.
• Ability to create original work which details a complicated message simply.
• Knowledge of how to design persuasively, connecting to our clients’ brand and mission on relevant topics.
• Team player with a positive attitude, collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.

Experience Required

• Marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field gradudate.
• Conceptualising business challenges for marketing solutions.
• Proficiency in the full Adobe Suite particularly InDesign, Illustrator, XD, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
