Express is looking for a crew lead for our Douglassville based client. The company is looking to hire on the right people and offers career growth for their employees!

Crew Lead

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr

Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!

Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday (7:45am-4:15pm)

Location: Douglassville, PA

Responsibilities of the Crew Lead:

• Responding to service calls with crew
• Leading teams and organizing crew on job site
• Communicate with management team to update on progress of jobs
• Handle training of new technicians
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Crew Lead:

• 3+ years as a crew lead, experience in cleaning and construction preferred
• Dependable and a team player
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs and able to stand and move for entire shift
