We are Archadeck of NorthEast Dallas. Dallas’s leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces such as decks, porches, hardscape patios, and shade structures. Archadeck is seeking professionals with established track records in managing customer expectations and delivering projects to meet / exceed the company's budgetary and quality requirements. Our company is growing due to our nationally recognized and awarded brand and reputation in the Dallas area and welcome the right candidate to join our team of seasoned construction and sales professionals.

Our construction team members must be teachable and willing to ask questions, learn from mistakes and also be willing to be held accountable in all areas. Must be self-motivated and a great problem solver. There will be room to grow based upon your production efficiency and willingness to be a team player.
Responsibilities:

• Clean up job sites
• Lay sod, dirt, or gravel
• Excavate and fill trenches
• Demo concrete, patio structures, or landscaping
• Light handyman work (i.e. touch up trim, paint, caulk, sand wood, etc..)
• Deliver materials to job sites
• Perform tasks to assist other skilled trades on the construction site
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Will need reliable transportation (preferably a truck)
• Experience in operating hand and power tools for demolition, trenching, and other general tasks
• Capacity to physically lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work in all weather condition, be prepared for both extreme heat and cold
• Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule of work
• Reliable transportation to drive from job site to job site in the DFW area
• Driver’s License and auto insurance
