Mobile Addiction Wireless is Laredo’s newest Authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer. Conveniently located next to the HEB PLUS exit in north Laredo, Mobile Addiction Wireless is looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and technology. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities.

As an Authorized Cricket Solution Specialist representing Mobile Addiction Wireless you will have the opportunity to become a part of a growing team whose focus is on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced goal-oriented setting.

Job Description:

Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories.

Deliver exceptional customer service to gain/retain customers.

Work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Perform daily opening and closing procedures.

Assist in maintaining a fresh store appearance.

Participate in meetings and marketing events inside of the store.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of retail experience in sales or customer service.

Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling.

Knowledge of wireless products and/or sales experience.

Basic computer skills.

Independent and self-motivated team player.

Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, weekends and during peak retail selling periods.

High School diploma or GED.

Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred.

Ability to pass a background check.
