Custodian
Overview
We are looking for someone who is dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our property and its grounds. The perfect candidate will find enjoyment in the work they are doing as a service to our residents and find fulfillment in cleaning. This person must be a trustworthy and loyal individual as you will be working without direct supervision and will have access to offices and occupied apartments. This person will need to understand how to operate certain cleaning and maintenance equipment. This may include the use of floor scrubbers or snow blowers. This person will also need to be able to safely handle cleaning chemicals. If this sounds like you, let’s get you started!

Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and move over 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools.
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Physical strength and stamina
- Organization skills
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
