General Purpose
Support a variety of Customer and Community Solutions’ projects and programs. Assist with the delivery and implementation of equity-based processes and outcomes to support regulatory requirements in California, Oregon, and California. Support stakeholder engagement and key outcomes by building relationships and collaborating with internal and external partners, stakeholders, and equity advisory groups. Under general supervision, supports projects an completes assignments with corporate and/or business unit impact. Provides analysis and feasibility studies, establishes project goals, negotiates timelines/schedules, and develops project plans.
Responsibilities
Under general guidance, manage projects, research, track, and report on initiatives.- Ensure that deliverables are completed in accordance to the PacifiCorp Project Governance and Standards.
- Assist with analysis, recommendations and/or implementation of technical, procedure and process enhancements.
- Support the successful implementation of equity-focused stakeholder groups as regulated in California, Oregon, and Washington, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support impactful and meaningful interactions with each advisory group.
- Assist the business with tracking performance on metrics including customer benefit indicators to comply with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Provide tracking support for solutions and recommendations regarding community concerns and create a positive influence balancing customer/community and the company’s goals.
- Provide input on program designs, tariffs, contracts, procedures, support materials, marketing and communication plans, and training materials for assigned programs and initiatives.
- Research and monitor work performed by other utilities, and actively document best practices for potential inclusion into program designs, delivery, and strategies as appropriate (i.e., attend equity & environmental sustainability webinars, workshops and or community events.)
- Evaluate and establish project goals, develop project plans, negotiate timelines and schedules and monitor progress against plan.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Communications, or related field.- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders to cultivate an environment of engagement, belonging, respect, empathy, active listening, and trust.
- Proficient with the use of personal computers including spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications to gather, analyze, and model information.
- Demonstrated oral and written communications skills.
- Analytical and evaluation skills to define critical tasks, establish sequence of events, identify individuals/teams, timelines, and outcomes, and product project plans.
- Project management skills to develop and monitor work agreements and budgets, determine specifications, schedules, timelines, and define deliverables.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate team efforts, provide guidance and direction to team members, and communicate project objectives, parameters, status, and outcomes.
Preferences
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Communications, or a related field.- Track record of engaging with and/or understand of disproportionately impacted and historically marginalized communities on environmental issues.
- Capable of creative and innovative approaches to the marketplace.
- Proficiency in a language in addition to English.
- PMP Certification.
