JOB DESCRIPTION

• Being a direct point of contact for the homeowner from when a sale is made till after the windows and/or doors are installed.
• Providing customer service throughout the process.
• Preparing installation packets for the install crews to ensure a smooth installation of the windows and/or doors.
• Updating homeowner of important dates; when their install is scheduled; anything needed to be done before the installation is performed.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of experience in an office environment
• Having exceptional organization skills.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Salesforce
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, high volume environment while staying motivated, and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
