16 hour, 20 hour and 24 hour contracts
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends.

This role is varied with no two days being the same; one minute you could be dealing with returns, collection point, home delivery & customer resolutions for any issue that may occur.

- You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
- You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.
- Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store.
- Ensure that payments are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.
- Build loyalty by ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
- Click and Collect - checking orders are accurately picked and delivering goods to the customer
