Customer Service Executive

Our Purpose

The Customer Services Executive is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by managing all order processing matters from receipt through to invoicing. With strong relationship management skills, the Customer Service Executive will pro-actively ensure issues are followed up on and escalated as required.

• Analyses and responds appropriately to queries from customers via telephone and e-mail, working towards first-case resolution
• Deal regularly with Brands Supply Chain teams (OBD, Cuervo, Kraken) to ensure OTIF is met for orders
• Processes RoW Customer PO's for Domestic Customers.
• Manages Customer Service and PO's for In Market Companies.
• Updates the Sales team and customers of any relevant information such price changes, order/production issues ensuring this is done as timely as possible
• Daily invoicing and email correspondence with customers with regards to PFI, invoice and shipping documentation
• Provide after-sales service (credit/debit notes) in line with Claims & Returns procedure while tracking incidents under 3PLs' responsibility
• Create and maintain Customer & Material Master Data including pricelist uploading and maintenance
• Supports the evolving role and department with ad hoc duties and projects as required
• Any other duties as requested to support the development of the team and department

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of Customer Service gained within the spirits industry or FMCG
• Good working experience of SAP
• Strong MS Office skills
