Customer Service Project Manager

SUMMARY: Our Customer Service Project Manager combines outbound business building activities with internally focused client support, acting as the key liaison between clients, sales, and our production teams. This requires asking the right questions, accurate details on work orders / estimates, and thorough communication with all parties including the production staff. The attention to detail with accurate and timely communication is a must. Must be able to beat deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and work independently in a fast -paced environment while delivering a flawless execution of deliverables.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years customer service and account management experience
• Knowledge of large format print production and installation is a plus
• Proven inside sales experience a plus
• Account management: 2 years (Required)
• Customer service: 2 years (Required)

Salary:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
