About Your New Employer:

A world premier hospitality organisation is wanting a Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team in Cork, starting January 2023.

This role offers a flexible work environment of your choosing within Ireland - i.e., remote, hybrid or office based.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German both verbal and written.

This role is for someone with customer service experience ideally with an office or hospitality background and has a willingness to learn and grow.

About Your New Job:

• Answer all inbound calls and written queries such as email, chat, letters etc.
• Handle customer queries and complaints
• Meet deadlines and targets with tasks
• Maintain computer systems knowledge
• Maintain knowledge of company services and procedures

What Skills You Need:

• Fluency in English and German both verbal and written
• Customer service experience is required
