Customer Service Representative
Job Overview:
This growing industrial cargo lock security company is looking for an inside sales representative. Are you eager to learn a new industry or have experience and want to further your skills? This security company is looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills in helping to expand the company's customer base. This is a growing business; the position has room to grow within the organization. They are looking for someone who has a strong skill at streamlining office processes and working with leadership to bring the company closer to their goals. Must be able to commute to Waconia daily.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customer directly, through phone calls and emails
- Manage all customer orders and documentation related
- Provide accurate data entry into companies purchasing software
- Review and approve pricing from incoming purchase orders
- Main point of contact for customer service support, providing lock codes
- Processing purchases for customers, accurately entering data
- Responsible for managing all returns, as well as processing product warranty details
- Assist marketing team as needed on projects
Job Qualifications:
- 2-year or 4-year degree preferred
- Experience working with HubSpot or another CRM tool required
- Understanding and use of QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience directly working and engaging with customers on a daily basis
- Effective communication skills, both internally and externally
- Proven experience bringing new ideas to a team and open to learning new things
