The Customer Care Associate position will play a crucial role in helping our customers. In this role, you will answer customer queries and resolve technical issues through the appropriate channels. A successful Customer Care Associate will have strong interpersonal skills to support our customer needs and expectations.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers
Ensure timely response and resolution to customer queries
Work collaboratively with the company’s internal departments to ensure customer needs are adequately addressed
Ensure a positive customer experience
Develop and maintain a knowledge of the products provided
Provide consistent status updates to appropriate parties
Complete all other duties assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or equivalent required
Ability to spend considerable time at a desk using a computer in a regular office environment
Obtains strong interpersonal skills needed to manage customer needs and expectations
Detailed oriented while being able to maintain many projects
Ability to efficiently navigate and work with multiple CRMs
Proactive and self-motivated
Ability to work in a detailed and fast paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to identify problems and determine possible solutions
Ability to manage time effectively
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Previous experience in the solar industry
1+ years of customer service experience is preferred
Experience using NetSuite as a CRM is a plus
Job Type: Full time (30-40 hours per week)
