We currently perform over 6,000 residential, business, job site, and commercial deliveries per day, operating 7 days a week. With millions of home deliveries performed we continue to innovate and provide world-class final mile delivery and installation services for our customers.

We are looking for a Two Customer Service to join our Team in Norton, MA.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 10:00A-6:30P & Tuesday-Saturday 10:00A-6:30P

Pay: $18-$20 baed of experience

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide customers information regarding their orders
• Answer all phone calls and emails regarding customer products and services Monitoring drivers and their routes.
• Complete paperwork daily.
• Ability to use routing software.
• Schedule and confirm delivery teams daily.
• Proficient with mapping locations and giving directions.
• Read route sheets thoroughly with the ability to plan trips to save time and fuel.
• Communicate with dispatch and contact customers when required.
• Communicate with Drivers to assess their route schedules and the timing of deliveries.
• Ability to professionally communicate with internal staff, external customers, and vendors.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of office administrative related tasks
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and telephonic instructions.
• A willingness to work overtime when required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be a problem solver.
• Bilingual is a Plus
