Potential $1500 Sign On and Unlimited Referral Bonus ($500 after 30 days, $1000 after 60 days)

Schedule - Monday to Friday from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm, and every 3rd Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

***Training will be 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays from 5/22/2023 through 6/9/2023***

This is an in-office position at our Call Center in Salt Lake, Utah.

What you would be doing:

We want you to help our customers with our outdoor products such as hunting, fishing, camping supplies and more.

• Answering phones and emails from Sportsman’s Warehouse customers regarding purchases and products
• Working with our store locations to provide the best possible customer experience
• Maintaining records of customer inquiries
• Other duties as assigned

What we need from you:

• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English
• Active listening skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Sales conscious product recommendations
