Customer Service Representative

We area high-quality commercial printer specializing in IFU’s (instructions for use), Booklets, and Folding Cartons for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and other complex products.

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to add to our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing orders, as well as communicating with customers. This position requires an ability to learn the technical aspects of our products and applications, working with high level purchasing agents from large companies. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, completion and timely response from the time an order is received through shipment of products. Primary Job Duties:

• Provide outstanding customer service through both oral and written communications.
• Review customer specifications and prepress materials to prepare work order for manufacturing operations.
• Processing orders
• Quoting
• Assisting customers with product design
• Document control
• Managing MRP and various scheduling reports from customers
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems.
• Building a relationship with each customer to best understand their products and requirements
• Work with internal departments including Graphics, production, sales and accounting to ensure that our

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 + years of previous customer service experience in a Graphic Communications/Printing Industry
• Proficient computer skills
• Must have excellent attendance
• Commercial Printing or manufacturing experience a plus
• Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
