Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The CSR provides professional customer support directly to our customer base as well as our outside sales force. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining project folders. Duties include keeping project folders up to date/accurate, entering price quotes and sending out literature to assist in obtaining product specifications.

Experience/Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year college degree or 3 years relevant office experience required
  • Communication - Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to communicate directly with customers and key company staff.
  • Analytical - Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Team Player - Ability to work well with others and maintain healthy boundaries
  • Proficiency in basic computer - MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to multitask and keep up with a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during escalated situations
  • Experience using Epicor and/or SAP is a plus
  • Casino industry knowledge is a plus
