Customer sevice/Retail Cash Handlers support event operations (RV & Retail) at the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Ft. Worth, TX.
Salary: $13.00/hr
- Training provided to perform job duties.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Individual(s) will be required to handle and be accountable for large sums of cash, checks, and/or credit card receipts
- Completing monetary transactions: via cash, check, or credit card
- Talking to customers and/or staff on the phone, by radio, and in-person
- Taking orders for products and/or services verbally and written
- Writing receipts for each transaction
- Communicating with staff as needed to pick up receipts and have product delivered
- Logging all transactions at the end of the business day for reconciliation by accounting
