DuctMasters is seeking to hire a full-time OR part-time Customer Service Specialist to provide great customer experiences in our Pompano Beach, FL office. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 6pm (full-time), or 1pm - 6 pm (part-time). There is flexibility in the schedule with opportunities to work 3 days from the office and 2 from home. This hybrid office/work-from-home opportunity is available after 90 days of training. We pay our Customer Service Specialist a competitive wage of $14-$18/hour based on experience. You start each day determined to use your extraordinary customer service skills to give our clients the best possible experience in every interaction as a Customer Service Specialist. By taking advantage of the exceptional training we give you, you can expertly answer questions regarding HVAC systems, indoor air quality problems and solutions, environmental compliance, energy savings solutions, and preventative maintenance. You don't mind spending a large portion of your day chatting on the phone, whether its inbound or outbound, you enjoy helping each client. You will feel comfortable booking appointments, collecting payment, answering questions, resolving issues with clients and performing administrative duties such as posting on social media and assisting with payroll. You enjoy playing a vital role in the success of our company as you interact with clients on a daily basis!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an office
- High School Diploma
- Excellent Customer Service skills
