Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Salary €23,700 paid monthly per annum plus bonuses and incentives.

We have exciting new Permanent Work at Home opportunities for Customer Service Technical Support Advisors to join our award-winning team giving an exceptional service to one of Concentrix’s key telecommunications clients.

What you will be doing

You will successfully identify and resolve customer issues by driving actions to resolve our customers technical faults with their phone line, broadband and TV services.

  • Extensive support in customer service experience

What does the job involve?

  • Provide first class support to customers via telephone, chat, or email
  • Taking Inbound calls (approximately 25-40 calls a day)
  • Solving problems, going the extra mile to provide a fantastic customer service
  • Achieve and maintain call handling and quality-based statistics
  • Working towards monthly targets, i.e., call handling times and customer satisfaction targets, attendance and time keeping
  • Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance of other team members
  • Working on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am – 9pm Monday to Friday
  • You will also look to review the customer's account. Asking questions to understand what’s really important to the customer. They may want to add more services, you will then pass them on to our sales team to discuss this further
