JOB SUMMARY

This is a critical Customer service role for the Penflex organization as you will regularly interact with our customer base while managing day-to-day warehouse related tasks. In this position, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, processing customer orders, providing customers with pricing and product availability requests, coordinate product delivery/pickup for customers, and interfacing with our customers about new selling opportunities for Penflex. We will only review applicants with Customer Service experience in previous roles.

This position will be based out of our Houston, TX office/warehouse which is located at:

531 Portwall St.

Houston, TX. 77029

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order Entry, stock checks & lead time lookup per customer request.
• Inventory Management & cycle counts.
• Processing customer quote requests.
• Coordinating customer order delivery/pickup.
• Must be able to pull & pick customer orders with the ability to lift heavy objects periodically.

IDEAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

• Previous Customer Service experience is a requirement. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.
• Experience with CRM/ERP related business systems for order entry, etc. required.
• Previous experience with warehouse management preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
