Sidco Filter is growing and adding to our team! We are looking for an individual that brings pride and quality to their interactions with our team and customers.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will be very comfortable on the phone and will provide a high level of service to our customers. This individual will support our sales team by conducting proactive customer outreach and providing quotes to existing customers. The successful candidate will also perform administrative support duties including order processing and responding to customer service questions. This role includes being able to help with data processing, multiline phones, email, and other special projects as required.

Principal Job Functions

• Answer incoming calls and direct accordingly
• Enter customer quotes and orders
• Assist customers with any needs or requests
• Call customers to follow up on quotes and orders.
• Provide backup and support to other office personnel and cover during absences
• Assist with data entry functions to further develop the company database.
• Interact & interface with customers to resolve shipping issues and other conflicts
• Any other duties or tasks assigned by the supervisor and/or management
• Assist on any special projects, as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
