Location: Waterford
Starting Salary: €27,255 OTE - €23,700 base annual salary plus 15% bonus
Bonus Structure: €3,555 / 15% based on KPI achievement
Plus Sales Commission: Earn an additional €1200 per month
We are looking for dynamic Customer Value Agents to join our team here in Waterford. Your main goal will be to retain our existing core customer base. When a customer calls in at the end of their contract, you’ll use your people-skills to guide them through the different options available in order to keep them as a valued customer. By listening to our customers and asking questions you’ll be able to identify what changes they would like made to their contracts and what we can offer them. Your personality will get a chance to shine as you walk customers through new services and products, selling services that will ultimately provide a better customer experience.
This role requires the ability to build positive relationships through trust, empathy, and clear communication. You’ll need to keep up-to-date on all product and business-related updates to ensure our customers are provided with the most relevant information possible. To be successful in this role you must have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sales. Organised and able to multitask with great attention to detail
Comfortable using Google Office or Microsoft Office suite of products
Have previous customer service experience (desirable but not essential!)
