Role: Cyber Investigator/Threat Analyst

Location: Houston TX 77077 - Hybrid

Type: Full-time Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend threat intelligence briefings offered by various government agencies as well as industry partners.
• Maintain awareness of all recent threats and produce actionable intelligence.
• Gather threat intelligence from multiple sources and extract threat actor TTPs and IOCs from published reports for consumption by the SLB Cyber Security Operations Center.
• Correlate intelligence to create actionable risk mitigations for the cyber defense team.
• Compile periodic reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Help evolve the Threat Intelligence program and recommend process/tool improvements.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Technical understanding of threat actor attack cycle is critical to assess the importance and relevance of TTPs and IOCs provided in various threat intel reports.
• Prior experience with the Industry, Private Industry, US law enforcement, US intelligence agency, or military intelligence.
• Active US security clearance at Secret or above level (or ability to obtain one).
• At least 3 years of threat intelligence analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
