Within Group Technology, Business Service Integration & Management (BSIM) provides an extensive range of IT support services to the bank. The guiding principles of BSIM are based around service quality, operational excellence, collaboration, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with other IT support teams, and Business Units in delivering secure and resilient services for the bank.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of Technical Specialists to deliver key Security services.
- Liaise and engage with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across business owners and Group Technology.
- Work with Third Parties and ensure that they are being held to account as regards Service Delivery and contractual agreements.
- Support the team¿s project portfolio.
- Ensure that change is delivered in compliance with the relevant production standards and does not negatively impact service.
- Ensure adherence to best practice infrastructure deployment, change release procedures and standards.
Requirements:
Strong technical skills across the following Security products:
- Firewall/Intrusion Detection and Prevention/ DMZ support
- Internet/Email
- Gateway Host/Network
- Intrusion Prevention
- Anti-Virus/Endpoint
- Security SIEM DDoS
This is a Permanent role based in Cork/Dublin/Hybrid.
